Reckless and Rude! I was on Carter Dr making a turn onto Bozeman when their tow truck driver pulled out and almost T-boned me in my Prius. I had to swerve out of the way to keep from getting hit. I turned around and followed the truck driver who pulled over. I followed him to the yard and spoke with his boss who gave an empty apology. I told him that it should be his driver to apologize but that he should talk with his driver about his reckless driving because his truck would have totaled my Prius. His reply was that it wasn't a big truck and I should drive a bigger vehicle. Completely unprofessional, rude and dangerous.

This business came through for us and helped us get towed and repaired when none of the Ford dealerships around would help! It was a challenging break down but they hung in there, called in the right resources and eventually got things figured out and fixed. They were price friendly and gave us price breaks everywhere they could. We appreciate them being greatly accommodating to our needs and comfort during the time of idle mobility. Good group of folks that still practice fair, honest, and hard work! Thanks!

I was traveling all across Montana on a solo road trip with just me, my dog, and my vintage square body suburban. I developed a coolant leak from a top hose that was leaking down and making my main coolant hose swell. No one likes to have to stop their road trips for a vehicle repair. After calling the big chain stores that were either closed on Saturdays or not helpful at all, my husband called these guys. They got me in on as soon as I got there and fixed up my suburban for me as quickly as possible. They even added some extra touches, like making sure that I had more coolant in an extra jug and cleaning the engine so I didn't have to smell burning coolant for the next part of my drive. I appreciated these guys' understanding that I was 700 miles away from my husband and taking care of my car repair in the same way that he does. That really mattered to me. When the bill came, they were fair with their pricing and did not take advantage of the situation I had found myself in. Thanks for going the extra mile so that I could get back on the road and have a thousand more miles worth of adventures.

Had the misfortune of being involved in a crash on icy roads .R&R towing came to the rescue on Christmas day 2022.They got me rolling and back to their shop to fix big hole in trailer.They used their skill and ingenuity to patch up hole..These guys were amazing,friendly and down right awesome. Thanks so much guys...highly recommend to anyone needing help...

I was a snowbird RVer on my way home to Canada. I received excellent service on several levels this past April (2020) from this family-owned and operated service when my 28ft Class C motorhome’s driveshaft broke down on the highway just south of Helena: • I’ve had occasional breakdowns in the past - this was the first time my rig was quickly and competently towed; • this happened on a Friday afternoon - I stayed in my rig in their work yard over the weekend - three of the quietest nights of sleep during my trip; • while they committed to looking at the driveshaft on Monday they were able to start doing so on the Saturday; • they gave me an honest estimate (written) of the repairs based on probable parts required...and finding that the parts would not be an issue, the actual cost of repairs ended up being HALF of the estimate and VERY reasonable; • the work was COMPLETED and I was on my way early Monday afternoon; • the office staff were Covid-conscious; • everyone was pleasant to deal with. I would recommend R & R to anyone for both towing finesse and for mechanical repairs of large vehicles.
